Qnity is seeking a highly driven Strategic Growth Program Manager to organize and lead a portfolio of enterprise-priority growth and incubation programs supporting the Advanced Packaging strategy.

The role requires converting strategic opportunities into structured programs, coordinating across businesses and functions, and delivering governance, milestones, and executive reporting to accelerate commercialization.

Qualifications

• Eight years minimum relevant professional experience in growth, innovation, commercialization, or transformation.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a portfolio of enterprise-level strategic growth and incubation programs aligned with the Advanced Packaging strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated program plans with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and risk/logistics.
• Establish and maintain a program management operating system with governance forums and portfolio dashboards.
• Drive alignment across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and leadership.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented executive reports and portfolio reviews.
