Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Program Manager for Strategic Packaging to lead the global packaging transformation. You will translate regulatory requirements into a practical strategy, guide packaging designs and standards, and coordinate cross-functional rollout across manufacturing, MRO, spares distribution and logistics.

The role demands strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making, with focus on compliance, safety, cost efficiency and sustainability across sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in program or transformation management.
• Experience with packaging design, validation, materials and testing.
• Familiarity with EU packaging/PPWR or US packaging regulations.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across sites/regions.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Strategic Packaging Program end-to-end.
• Translate regulatory requirements into a packaging strategy and plan.
• Guide compliant packaging designs and global standards development.
• Coordinate design, validation and rollout across manufacturing and logistics.
• Drive cost, sustainability improvements and manage KPIs.
