Job summary

Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst at multiple levels to perform financial and operational analyses, partner with departments, and support budgeting and forecasting.

The role emphasizes reporting, data quality, and process improvements with travel expectations and a hybrid work schedule (four days on-site, one day remote per week). Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field from a four‑year college or university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience required, including accounting, with additional experience in finance, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, or business analysis.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Level II) and 5+ years (Level III) with similar domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and track performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Create informative reports, dashboards, and tools highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support objectives and investigate issues.
• Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and financial simulations for decision-making.
• Select and apply appropriate analytical methodologies and tools.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand procedures, reporting needs, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze requirements, process gaps, reporting needs, and data-quality concerns to support improvements.
• Recommend process, reporting, and data-quality improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Promote consistent understanding and use of reporting processes, data expectations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other Liebherr companies to share reports and align best practices.
• Translate outlooks into budgets and planning scenarios.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, explain variances, identify risks and corrective actions.
