Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience for Analyst I; more for higher levels.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for Analyst III; accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and track performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Create informative reports, dashboards, and tools that highlight trends and opportunities.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support objectives.
• Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and financial simulations for decision-making.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
