Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support recruitment across TTC. You will partner with HR leaders, source candidates, and screen applicants to build a diverse talent pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years recruiting experience (Recruiter I) or 2–4 years recruiting experience (Recruiter II)
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Support company talent acquisition strategies in alignment with TTC’s business objectives.
• Build relationships and partner with HR business leaders and hiring managers to understand open positions and hiring needs.
• Sources and attracts candidates through a variety of methods.
• Identify and recommend process improvements; participate as a member of project teams.
• Actively engage in recruiting activities to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.
• Effectively prioritize requisition loads and fill positions timely.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned or apparent.
