Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to source and screen candidates for a wide range of positions through our career site, referrals, job fairs, and events. You will collaborate with HR partners to assess qualifications and prepare offers.

You will support talent acquisition strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to a diverse candidate pool while working in a hybrid environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years recruiting experience (Recruiter I) or 2-4 years (Recruiter II).
• Strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with focus on talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition strategies aligned with TTC objectives.
• Build relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand open positions.
• Source and attract candidates through diverse channels.
• Identify and recommend process improvements as part of project teams.
• Engage in recruiting activities to reach a diverse candidate pool.
• Evaluate candidates via phone screens and behavioral interviews.
• Prioritize requisitions and fill positions in a timely manner.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
