Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years recruiting experience (Recruiter I) or 2–4 years recruiting experience (Recruiter II)
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting applicants for a wide range of open positions at the Toro Company (TTC) through TTC’s career site, employee referrals, job fairs, and other sources. Employs effective recruiting strategies to attract a wide range of qualified applicants. Makes contact and screens candidates to evaluate work history, competency and other qualifications. Collaborates with HR managers and hiring managers to prepare and make offers.

What Will You Do?

• Complete other duties and projects as assigned or apparent.

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years recruiting experience (Recruiter I).
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Recruiter II).
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with particular focus on talent acquisition.

Other Job-Related Components:

Position based at TTC facility in Bloomington, MN. May require limited travel to TTC sites throughout the U.S.

• Competitive Salary - The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $60,000 - $85,000.
• Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics.
