Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years recruiting experience (Recruiter I) or 2-4 years recruiting experience (Recruiter II).
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to TA.

• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels.

What you'll do

As Corporate Recruiter, you will help attract and evaluate candidates for open positions at The Toro Company. The work includes supporting talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, partnering with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and driving recruiting activity through a range of channels such as the career site, employee referrals, job fairs, and other sourcing methods.

• Support company talent acquisition strategies aligned with TTC business objectives
• Build relationships with HR business leaders and hiring managers to understand open roles and hiring needs
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews
• Prioritize requisition loads and work independently to fill roles in a responsive, timely manner
• Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to prepare and extend offers
• Identify and recommend process improvements and participate in project teams
• Engage in recruiting activities that help reach a diverse pool, including women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned
