The role requires a BS in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with strong negotiation and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or Equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant, progressive strategic sourcing, category management or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a category strategy aligned with Product Line and Business Areas requirements.
• Build and leverage supplier relationships with focus on cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, risk, and innovation.
• Lead budgeting, cost modeling, NOWC optimization, and supplier base definition.
• Negotiate terms and address supplier performance issues; support supplier development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timing and company targets.
• Manage large data sets and convert into actionable insights.
