Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a procurement professional to own the Plastic Components category from budget to strategy execution at our Charlotte headquarters.

You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead cost improvement programs, and collaborate with Product Line and Business Area Purchasing to align category strategy with company targets. Fluent English is required, and hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Plastic Components category from budget to strategy definition.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships with a 360-degree approach.
• Collaborate with Product Line Purchasing and Business Area Purchasing to deploy category strategy.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Define budgets, NOWC optimization, and supplier base.
• Negotiate terms and address supplier performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Communicate effectively in a global environment.
