You will partner with CDI, engineering, sales, and legal to align procurement strategies with business goals. The role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years of international purchasing experience, strong project management, and a proven track record in cost reduction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or Engineering and 5+ years in purchasing or category management.
• Experience with international/global exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to drive cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain senior supplier relationships to support EMA North America goals.
• Lead cost-out projects and negotiate better terms and Incoterms.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, MOQs, and pricing compliance with suppliers.
• Develop supplier capabilities and provide guidance on PO processes.
• Analyze supplier metrics and drive cross-functional improvement plans.
• Manage multiple procurement projects with clear goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
