Zusammenfassung

Etherio is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, develop strategic plans, and drive growth across meeting and event programs. You will collaborate with leadership to allocate team resources, ensure project success, and maintain client profitability.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in account management, event planning, and contract development, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• Experience with third party/ meeting planning agency.
• 10+ years of meeting management experience (CMP or CMM designation preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or related field.
• Strategic decision-making ability.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management and event execution.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Aufgaben

• Build client relationships: onboard new accounts and serve as primary contact with regular communication and timely follow-up.
• Manage accounts: coordinate contracts, track scope creep, lead reviews, and ensure invoicing accuracy.
• Grow accounts: support contract execution, quarterly reviews, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain client records in CRM and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
