Etherio is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships across meeting and event programs.
You will own the relationship, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities to expand services while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Our Account Executives manage client relationships and ensure we deliver best-in-class service for our meeting and event clients. As the primary relationship owners, our Account Executives ask great questions and identify opportunities that position our meeting and events team to deliver creative, impactful solutions in support of client retention, growth and success. They develop and deliver a strategic vision for our client programs and possess exceptional relationship and business development skills.
We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in-office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.
Ability to travel at least 25%.
Requires flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client, event, or company needs.

Occasionally required to position self in a stooping, kneeling, or crouching manner. Frequently communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Frequently uses computers and other electronic equipment.
