Job summary

Apex Companies is seeking a Stormwater Infrastructure and Water Resources Project Manager for our Northeast Division, with hybrid work in Providence, RI, Quincy, MA, and Woburn, MA. The role offers travel to project sites and relocation opportunities to New England.

You will provide technical leadership, manage budgets and clients, mentor staff, and oversee H-H modeling, drainage design, and flood mitigation on diverse municipal and private projects.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• 8+ years in stormwater and water resources.
• Licensed PE in MA or eligible by reciprocity.
• Strong leadership and client management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project delivery, design, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.
• Supervise teams on complex projects and mentor staff.
• Support training, proposals, and business development.
• Collaborate with staff and other PMs on technical challenges.
• Ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance across projects.
• present updates to clients and at public meetings.
