Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience.
• Previous retail management experience.
• Experience recruiting, training and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and manage store employees.
• Participate in interviewing and recruitment to build a strong team.
• Schedule staff to optimize coverage and productivity.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Sell accessories and device care products; support repairs as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and handle customer service escalations.
