Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an Account Manager to support client servicing, enrollment processes, and compliance activities. You will collaborate with the Unit Manager, Account Executive, and Client Executive to deliver high-quality service and drive transaction excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in benefits insurance or HR/consulting, strong organization, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's in business-related field is preferred and a hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of two years of benefits insurance experience and/or HR/consulting experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day servicing needs for Lockton Northeast clients under guidance of Unit Manager/Account Executive
• Leads core service delivery activities and manages client communications
• Manages monthly claims tracking and compliance calendars; drafts 5500; supports open enrollment
• Coordinates open enrollment communications and develops materials with the team
• Ensures accurate and timely client deliverables with internal stakeholders
