Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree in engineering, computer science, construction management, STEM field, behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities, and to compile and prepare written reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the MESA Program's biannual Technical Career Fair, connecting students with engineering, computer science, construction management, and STEM employers.
• Support day-to-day program operations, fiscal administration, event planning, data collection, employer relations, and student success initiatives.
