Job summary

Chico State Enterprises is seeking an Industry Partnership & Recruiting Coordinator to build and strengthen ties between the Construction Management program and the construction industry on Chico State Campus. You will lead employer recruiting, student-industry engagement, and coordinate major events while serving as the main contact for industry recruiters, alumni, and advisory partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of three years of experience in construction, employer relations, recruiting, career services, or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, customer service, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for construction industry recruiters, employers, alumni, professional organizations, and other external stakeholders.
• Plan and execute career fairs and large-scale recruiting or networking events, including outreach, registration, logistics, and day-of coordination.
• Manage the recruitment calendar and coordinate employer information sessions, interviews, classroom or student-organization engagements.
• Develop strategies to connect employers with students and increase participation in recruiting programs.
• Coordinate facilities, interview spaces, and event services for recruiting activities.
