Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS with focus in business or related field; HS diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum 13 years US P&C experience in product or underwriting; leadership preferred.
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational and coaching abilities; Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Owns and guides complex rate execution, filing, and regulatory initiatives across markets.
• Leads multi-state product initiatives and non-rate projects with cross‑functional partners.
• Mentors and hires team members; escalates high‑impact product issues as needed.
• Interacts with departments of insurance and regulators to negotiate changes.
