• One year of experience ensuring financial transactions comply with budgets, grants/contracts, and laws.
• Six months' experience researching and analyzing accounting transactions to reconcile discrepancies and maintain an audit trail.
• Experience supervising staff or leading others in a work setting may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgets, grants, and laws.
• Consolidate data to the general ledger from journals and documents, balance funds and maintain an audit trail.
• Provide advice and technical guidance on fiscal functions to internal teams.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for financial health and planning.
• Support audits by providing data, reports, and documentation to auditors.
• Utilize FSF and other systems to research, review, and report on financial data.
• Deliver customer service to internal/external customers and communicate across diverse groups.
