Kargo is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction across backend services and shared platform capabilities. This hybrid role requires onsite presence four days per week and focuses on durable architecture, high-scale systems, and reliable execution.

Competenze

• Deep proficiency in Go and production experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong systems design fundamentals across APIs, service architecture, concurrency, data modeling, fault tolerance, and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through rollout.

• Define service boundaries, interfaces, and design patterns across multiple systems to establish shared standards.
