The successful candidate will be analytical, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review accounting activity across balance sheet and operating accounts, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with financial consolidation and reporting across entities, brands, and locations.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Participate in external audits and strengthen internal accounting controls.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency in the Accounting Department.
• Train team members on procedures, systems, and best practices.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
