Job summary

Digital Turbine is seeking a Staff Accountant in Durham, NC for a hybrid role combining remote work with in-office collaboration. You will support monthly GL cycles, prepare journal entries, and assist auditors to ensure US GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and strong knowledge of GL/GAAP required.
• 1–2 years at a public accounting firm or similar corporate close experience required.
• Advanced Excel and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate routine tasks a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data to propose accurate GL journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain ledger integrity.
• Execute month-end close tasks and coordinate cross-regionally.
• Prepare variance explanations and key financial metric reports.
• Assist external auditors and improve accounting workflows.
