Job summary

High Country Search Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join a dynamic team in Colorado, supporting GL, cash management, AP, and tax in a hybrid office environment.

You will prepare GL reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support, manage cash applications, process invoices and vendor research, file sales/use tax returns, review benefits invoices, and collaborate with accounting, operations, members, and vendors to resolve issues in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Strong ERP experience; D365 Business Central preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfortable shifting between priorities in a fast-paced small-company environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GL reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and month-end close support.
• Manage cash application and reconcile bank accounts to the GL.
• Process invoices, expense reports, payments, and vendor research.
• Prepare and file sales/use tax returns.
• Review monthly benefits invoices for accuracy.
• Partner with accounting, operations, members, and vendors to resolve issues.
