LHH Recruitment Solutions in Arlington, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant for a hybrid, full-time role. The position offers exposure to the full accounting cycle within a large international services company.

You will prepare general ledger journal entries, process month-end close, and perform balance sheet reconciliations, while helping to implement accounting procedures to improve controls and ensure GAAP and statutory compliance across global regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in a GAAP environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups).
• Public accounting experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Journal Entries: Prepare general ledger journal entries.
• Month-End Processing: Process month-end entries, eliminations, and allocations.
• Account Reconciliations: Prepare, document, and analyze balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement accounting procedures through analysis of existing processes and recommending changes.
• Compliance Assurance: Collaborate with the management team to ensure full compliance with GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
