Job summary

Pegasus Staffing Partners seeks a hands-on Staff Accountant to own the full accounting picture in a hybrid Foxborough environment. You will manage the full accounting cycle, perform reconciliations, and contribute to month-end close and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting and NetSuite experience, with a proactive mindset to streamline billing and automate processes. Expect collaboration with an engaged Accounting Manager and a flexible, office-forward work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Staff Accountant or similar hands-on accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong reconciliation, general ledger, billing, payroll, and month-end close skills.
• Ability to understand the complete accounting picture, not just one function.
• A proactive, dependable "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
• Interest in improving processes and automation to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the full accounting cycle for a well-established business unit.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and income statement/balance sheet reporting.
• Handle weekly billing activities, including equipment billing.
• Process payroll and support related accounting activities.
• Help identify, improve, and automate manual workflows.
• Work in NetSuite with the Accounting Manager.
• Take ownership, investigate issues, and contribute solutions.
