Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required, with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient in payroll, AP, AR, financial reporting, and journal entries.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar fund accounting software and payroll processes.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of accurate monthly financial reporting and budget comparisons.
• Support payroll processing and payroll reporting; keep payroll data up to date.
• Maintain and record cost allocations as needed.
• Prepare reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and financial analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and assist audits as required.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with team and clients.
• Support special assignments and other duties as required.
