Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; internship may count toward experience.
• GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• File monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual sales and use tax.
• Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and prepaid expense schedules.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses for management.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
