The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 1–3 years of general accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Oracle or SAP and tools like BlackLine/OneStream is a plus; CPA progress is a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in general accounting
• Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of the general ledger
• Competency with advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Experience with Oracle, SAP ECC6/S4 or other ERP accounting systems
• Experience with BlackLine, OneStream, or similar financial close and reconciliation tools
• Experience in a shared services environment is preferred
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA certification is a plus

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close across multiple business units
• Manage inter-company balancing, adjustments and reconciliations
• Handle payroll, benefits and tax journal entries; prepare related entries
• Support SOX compliance, audits and internal controls documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
