Responsibilities

• Assist with and support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and post various journal entries, including payroll-related, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Complete credit card, bank account, and cash clearing reconciliations, reviewing transactions for accuracy and proper coding.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, investigate and resolve variances.
• Prepare necessary documentation and schedules to support internal and external audit requests.
