Job summary

DriveWealth is hiring a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team of SRE Automation Engineers and drive automation across our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. You will stay hands-on while shaping technical direction, and grow engineers' careers in a regulated fintech environment.

You'll apply Google SRE principles, build scalable IaC, and own incident response. Hybrid Chicago office with global 24/7 operations, focusing on reducing toil and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience leading SRE/DevOps engineers in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SRE practices—SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, postmortems.
• Proficient Linux administration with TCP/IP, DNS, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SRE Automation Engineers.
• Design and build internal tooling and automation (Rundeck/Airflow).
• Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets to guide priorities.
• Set IaC standards with Terraform and manage GitOps via ArgoCD.
• Review architecture and Kubernetes metrics for reliability and cost control.
• Own incident response, RCA, and blameless post-mortems.
• Partner with engineering leadership to align reliability with business goals.
