DriveWealth in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team of SRE Automation Engineers while remaining a hands-on technical authority for our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform.

You'll drive the automation agenda, design internal tooling with Rundeck and Airflow, implement SRE best practices, and mentor engineers to build a scalable, reliable system for global financial markets in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• Experience leading SRE/DevOps teams in fintech or regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of SRE practices: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, postmortems.
• Proficient in Linux, networking, and cloud architecture.
