Qualifications
- SRE experience including monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response.
- Salesforce platform support and administration experience.
- Automation and scripting skills (Python, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting).
- Cloud, OpenShift, containerization, and platform engineering experience.
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or AppDynamics.
Responsibilities
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Support production health, stability, and platform reliability.
- Monitor enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and improve alerting strategies and operational dashboards.
- Build observability solutions and performance metrics.
- Drive improvements in uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident response and service restoration activities.
