Job summary

Thomson Reuters is strengthening its Site Reliability Engineering capability to help engineering and operations teams build, operate, and improve reliable production services. The Site Reliability Engineer will support the tools, processes, and operational practices that help teams detect, investigate, respond to, and prevent production reliability issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related field.
• Hands-on with production telemetry, logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
• Experience writing scripts or code to automate operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SRE tooling, dashboards, runbooks, telemetry, and deployment visibility.
• Investigate service-health issues using logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Document findings and validate AI-generated outputs for reliability improvements.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and follow-up actions to improve operational readiness.
