Job summary

MissionStaff, LLC. is seeking a Dynamic Database Administrator to maintain and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments in a hybrid role based in Springfield, MA.

You will support critical retail, distribution, and corporate operations while ensuring database reliability, performance, and security during modernization efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, backups, recovery, and performance tuning, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering MS SQL Server in production.

• Strong knowledge of index management, security and query optimization.

• Familiarity with replication, monitoring and alerting tools.
