Retirement Clearinghouse, LLC is seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator for a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will install, configure, and optimize SQL Server databases, implement schemas and data objects, and ensure performance through execution plans and DMVs.

The role collaborates with application support and development teams, participates in quarterly releases, and supports data warehousing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with MS SQL Server administration or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with T-SQL and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure SQL databases.
• Implement schemas, tables, views, and data objects per standards.
• Review and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Migrate changes through development to production environments.
• Create and maintain database diagrams and documentation.
