Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Chicago to support revenue growth across Linear and Digital offerings. The role focuses on booking ad orders, monitoring airtime, and supporting agencies throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include billing support, generating client reports, and assisting senior sales staff with proposals and administrative tasks. Strong Office skills and a sports industry interest are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous office or administrative experience required.
• Interest in and general understanding of the sports industry preferred.
• Familiarity with ad management systems (WideOrbit, STRATA) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review sales packages and book advertisement orders for multiple agencies across regional sports networks using the internal ad management system.
• Monitor airtime to ensure advertising orders meet contractual deliverables and rebook as needed.
• Serve as first-level support for agencies, addressing requests and revisions; escalate complex issues.
• Collaborate with Client Service Representative on account stewardship and client management processes.
• Assist billing and reconciliation to ensure accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution.
• Create, update, and format client-facing Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
