The company supports partners with tailored guidance on sales and organizational strategy, helping them maximize revenue and brand impact.

We are a team-first company that believes our best work happens when we support one another. We approach challenges by asking how we can help, sharing knowledge, and working together toward the same goals. We value collaboration, open communication, and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow alongside the company.

Role Overview

The Sales & Operations Coordinator is responsible for entering, processing, and managing advertising orders while ensuring accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, clients, and media partners to support order fulfillment, maintain campaign details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure information is accurately communicated across teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment. Experience in media, advertising sales, or sports media is beneficial.

Additional duties may include assisting with rate cards and sales materials, coordinating inventory and availability requests, supporting makegood and campaign adjustment processes, improving internal tracking workflows, maintaining standardized order documentation, and providing ad hoc operational support to Sales, Operations, and leadership.

We're looking for people who are willing to jump in, support their teammates, take ownership of their work, and celebrate shared success. If you're collaborative, supportive, eager to grow, and excited to be part of a team that succeeds together, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Customer service or client support experience with an emphasis on responsiveness, follow-through, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and similar business applications is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in media, advertising, advertising sales, or sports-related industries is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
