Job summary

Gov Services Hub in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Owner with 2-5 years of hands-on work to guide the buildout of SPM solutions aligning with business objectives.

As a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, you will own the product backlog, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement while ensuring documentation matches current processes and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years on the ServiceNow platform focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• CSA and/or SPM implementation certification preferred.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, or Kanban System Design advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize the product backlog and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Enhance Demand, Resource, EAP, and Waterfall modules and improve dashboards and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of SPM features from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and ScrumMasters to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Lead testing efforts including UAT to ensure quality deliverables.
