Job summary

Brixmor Property Group in the United States is seeking a Specialty Leasing Coordinator to support specialty leasing transactions across the portfolio. The role manages deal information, prepares agreements, and coordinates execution with internal teams and tenants.

You will maintain Salesforce records, track key dates, and help ensure accurate post-execution processing. A fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree preferred.
• 2+ years real estate/related experience.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with tenants, managers, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain specialty leasing transactions in Salesforce and trackers.
• Coordinate deals through review and approval workflows, follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare and revise agreements, amendments, renewals, termination notices, and related documents.
• Compare agreement terms with approved deal information, resolve routine discrepancies.
• Coordinate DocuSign routing, monitor execution, and distribute completed agreements to parties.
• Complete post-execution processing, including Salesforce updates and payment documentation.
• Review lease language, site plans, exclusives, restrictions, and related property information.
• Gather and organize supporting information such as site plans and tenant contact information.
• Partner with internal teams to address questions and support a smooth handoff of completed transactions.
• Maintain organized files, trackers, and reference materials, and assist with forecasts and reports.
