Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Real Estate Space Planner to provide strategic space and occupancy planning, long-term real estate strategy, and workplace design across OSF's portfolio. You will coordinate with leadership to identify goals and implement space and occupancy plans that optimize staff experience.

This role supports OSF's hybrid/remote work model with 1 day per week on-site and is guided by leadership discretion. Strong analytical and CAD skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED, plus 2 years in space management or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Revit and GIS is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to set goals and implement space strategies.
• Support long-term space and occupancy planning for OSF's real estate portfolio.
• Prepare basic drawings from field surveys using CAD tools.
