Job summary

Net2Source in Seattle is seeking a Space Planner for a 3-month engagement. You will work with client teams on all non-project inquiries throughout the space planning process, with onsite presence and a hybrid schedule.

The role emphasizes occupancy planning, CAD/Revit work, data analytics, and project coordination, supporting senior planners and coordinating with the MAC team to implement space plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in space planning and occupancy planning processes.
• Proficiency with CAD/Revit for space planning deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing fits and design-type works.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review occupancy requests as they come in.
• Collaborate with client teams to collect planning requirements.
• Audit space plans regularly and on an ad-hoc basis.
• Assist senior planner in developing strategic space plans.
• Coordinate with MAC team to implement space plans.

Job description

Duration: 3 months (with possible extension/conversion to FTE)

Hours: M-F 9-5 Hybrid- 4 days a week onsite (Mon-Thurs need to be onsite)

Summary:
