Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Space Planner in Seattle, WA. This onsite contract role focuses on occupancy planning, space planning, and coordination with clients and the MAC team on implementation of space plans.

The position requires 2–4 years in related fields, CAD/Revit experience, and familiarity with CAFM tools. Benefits are available per location and contract terms.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of occupancy planning and space planning experience.
• CAD/Revit proficiency required.
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Serraview, Archibus, FMS.
• Move/add/change coordination experience (MAC).
• Education degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams for occupancy requests and space planning.
• Receive and review all occupancy requests.
• Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc auditing.
• Assist senior planner with development of strategic plans.
• Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans.

Immediate need for a talented Space Planner. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long‑term potential and is located in Seattle, WA (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
• Receive and review all occupancy requests
• Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
• Performs regular and ad‑hoc auditing
• Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
• Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans
