Job summary

Fullstory is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own technical deployment and strategy for Fortune 500 accounts, operating in a hybrid role with in-office attendance in Atlanta. You will guide web and native mobile deployments, translate client needs into actionable solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams.

You will build integrations with JavaScript and Python, advise on API implementations, and leverage AI to accelerate development while solving complex data

Qualifications

• Client-facing technical experience in consulting or professional services.
• Background in CS or MIS.
• Ability to translate business needs into precise technical specs.
• Experience debugging modern web applications using browser tooling.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client teams to gather requirements on technical features and data architecture strategy.
• Build custom integration implementations using languages like JavaScript and Python, using AI to design and deploy solutions.
• Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate them for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
• Own continuous learning, researching new features and maintaining understanding of the Fullstory product.
• Leverage AI tooling to rapidly draft, test, and iterate on technical integrations.
