RADaR in the United States is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to serve as the bridge between network-level technology strategy and day-to-day agency teams. You will identify problems, tailor AI-driven solutions, and ensure adoption through training, hands-on support, and ongoing enablement.

This role emphasizes meeting each agency where they are rather than a one-size-fits-all rollout. This position offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two days remote, and a clear

Qualifications

• Hands-on with a range of technology and AI tools; no deep engineering required.
• Strong training and facilitation skills to explain tools to non-technical audiences.
• Business analysis instinct to turn vague problems into workable solutions.
• Agency, marketing services, or client-services experience is a plus.
• Excellent patience and people skills, thrives on relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency teams to identify recurring problems and bottlenecks.
• Recommend and implement right AI-driven solutions tailored to each problem.
• Design and deliver ongoing training and enablement sessions.
• Provide hands-on support after rollouts, including office hours and troubleshooting.
• Document successful approaches and share them across the organization.
• Flag patterns and platform needs to Director of Technology & Enablement.
