Job summary

Fullstory is seeking a Solutions Consultant in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services. You will own technical deployment and strategy for Fortune 500 accounts, guiding architecture for clean data used in Fullstory analyses.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to troubleshoot and translate client needs into actionable solutions. You will build integrations with JavaScript and Python, advise on API implementations, and translate stakeholder

Qualifications

Proven experience in a client-facing technical role—consulting, professional services, or equivalent.
Background in Computer Science, MIS, or similar technical discipline.
Ability to bridge business requirements with engineering specs.
Hands-on debugging of modern web applications using browser tools.
Experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate technical workflows.

Responsibilities

Meet with client teams to gather requirements on data architecture and technical features.
Build custom integration implementations using JavaScript and Python, leveraging AI to design and deploy solutions.
Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices.
Translate client needs for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
