Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead modernization across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, Archiving, Middleware, and Integration platforms in a hybrid role with offices in Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, Lewiston.

You will assess legacy environments, design scalable modern solutions, and mentor engineers while partnering with AI teams to enable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with IT experience and leadership.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments, health insurance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ecosystems and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture across multiple domains.
• Diagnose legacy complexity and develop modernization roadmaps in partnership with engineers.
• Design scalable, modern solutions replacing customized legacy implementations.
• Lead evaluation of integrations and define modern patterns to replace aging approaches.
• Provide hands-on guidance, code reviews, and problem solving for complex challenges.
