Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is hiring a Solution Engineer for the Share360 Assist team in Cary, NC, a hybrid role with a 11am–8pm shift (ET). You will be the primary contact for Share360 customers and engineering partners, handling inquiries, service triage, and reporting.

You will compile usage and maintenance data, support eVO/mButler software, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Willing to travel up to 10% and adapt to a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact providing phone support for Share360 customers and internal engineering partners.
• Compile and present monthly/quarterly utilization, service history, and maintenance reports.
• Provide general technical support for the eVO application/mButler software.
• Foster cross-functional awareness to minimize onboarding or operational conflicts.
• Drive customer satisfaction with a proactive approach and end-to-end issue ownership.
