Job summary

Siemens Healthineers' Share360 Assist Team in Cary, NC is seeking a Solution Engineer to support customers and internal partners in a hybrid role. You will manage inquiries, deliver service triage, and prepare utilization reports, while ensuring smooth onboarding and proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in customer-related roles, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree.
• Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Share360 customers and partners.
• Compile monthly/quarterly utilization and service history reporting.
• Provide general technical support for eVO application/mButler software.
• Foster cross-functional awareness to minimize onboarding conflicts.
• Drive customer satisfaction by proactive issue resolution.
