Daimler Truck Financial Services USA LLC is seeking a Solution Architect to design and drive the implementation of new IT solutions, oversee service delivery, and align with IT and business strategies. You will work with Product and Tech Leaders for the DTFS POS system, define guidelines, and ensure security and governance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer/Information Science or Information Technology; 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing Web Services (RESTful) and Java/J2EE.
• Experience building and deploying services on containers and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect future technology landscape and roadmap in collaboration with IT and business partners.
• Oversee and address customer issues; monitor SLAs; perform root‑cause analysis to prevent repeats.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Support audits, IT governance, and DevOps adoption for faster delivery.
• Keep up to date on newer frameworks; collaborate with application teams and stakeholders.
• Develop plans and time estimates; track progress and raise risks on a timely basis.
